Senator Mark Kirk Addresses Illinois Delegation at Republican National Convention

Senator Mark Kirk has delivered a video greeting to the Illinois delegation at the Republican National Convention. Kirk is missing the convention in Tampa as he recovers from a January stroke. Delegates stood and applauded after listening to Kirk say that the country needs to elect Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan in November.
