Second Degree Murder Charges Follow Knox County Death
(EDINA)—Second degree murder and armed criminal action charges are filed against a Novelty man in the Tuesday shooting death of 67 year old William Bacon of Novelty.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 59-year-old Glen Head of Novelty. Charges have been filed by the Knox County Prosecutor and Head is held in the Adair County Jail on 250-thousand dollars cash only bond.
Media reports say the shooting is related to an ongoing property dispute between the two men.
