Search Continues for Missing Ursa Fisherman

The search continues for that 77 year old Ursa man who disappeared after going fishing.

The still unidentified man left his home to go fishing about noon Tuesday. When the man didn’t return home, the police were called. The search began late Tuesday night.

The man’s boat was found in the Mississippi near Meyer, and the man’s dog was found safe.

Adams County Emergency Management Agency Director John Simon says the effort to find the man is now strictly a water search.
