Richardson Held Over for Arraignment on Drug Charges

A Hannibal man charged with distribution of a controlled substance was in court for a preliminary hearing in Marion County Circuit Court Monday.

Seth Richardson appeared before Judge John Jackson, who approved a request for a bond reduction to $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Jackson also ruled that Richardson should be held over for arraignment.

Richardson was charged as the result of a search of his residence on St. Charles Street last December.

Richardson is scheduled for arraignment this Friday.
