Restaurant Delivery Person Robbed in Hannibal

Officers of the Hannibal Police Department are investigating a report of a robbery in the 1400 block of Pine. The female victim reported she was delivering food for local restaurant, Tuesday evening, when a male suspect stole her money bag and threatened to shoot her.

The suspect fled from the area on foot. No weapon was displayed at the time of the robbery and the victim was not injured. This incident remains under investigation.

A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
