Quinn Calls for Assault Weapons Ban in Illinois

Governor Pat Quinn says now is the time for an assault weapons ban in Illinois. Quinn says the shooting in Connecticut should appeal to people's consciences. The Chicago Democrat says he has reached out to top lawmakers and sponsors of a proposed assault weapons ban.
