phony ten dollar bill at a Quincy restaurant.
Quincy Police were called to Wendy’s at 36th and Broadway at 7:45 Thursday night regarding counterfeit currency. Employees say a woman using the drive through tried to pass a counterfeit ten dollar bill. Employees say the same woman has tried to pass counterfeit money on multiple occasions. Employees at Culvers also reported a similar transaction Thursday. A description of the driver and vehicle led to the arrest of 48 year old Gunta Prancane of Quincy.
