410 thousand dollars is the Quincy Salvation Army Tree of Lights campaign goal for this year.
Campaign chairs are Charles,Jamie, Jake and Becca Scholz and their families. The announcement came at Thursday’s campaign kickoff dinner. Volunteers including bell ringers are needed throughout the Christmas season. Contact the Quincy Salvation Army or register to ring bells at RegisterToRing.com.

Over the last year, the Quincy Salvation Army Shelter and Family Services received 483 individuals, a total of 5210 nights of lodging in the emergency shelter and provided almost 20-thousand meals.

During the Thanksgiving and Christmas season in 2018, 650 families received Christmas food baskets, over 63-hundred toys were distributed and 962 individuals were provided dinner at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
