Quincy Prostitution Arrest

An investigation into complaints of suspicious behavior at a Quincy business results in an arrest on prostitution charges. Quincy Police say 35 year old Ying Qin was arrested at mid afternoon Friday. Police say the arrest follows an ongoing investigation. West Central Illinois Task Force agents assisted. Police say Qin was released after posting bond.
