Quincy Police Step Up Seat Belt Enforcement

Quincy Police are on the lookout for motorists not wearing seat belts. Special enforcement details last Saturday at 6th and Jefferson and 18th and Chestnut resulted in eleven citations for not wearing seatbelts and one arrest for driving while suspended. An enforcement detail Monday at 18th and State resulted in three more citations.
