Quincy Police Investigate Wednesday Night Disturbance

Quincy Police are investigating a disturbance that resulted in a trip to the hospital for a 20-year-old man with a neck wound.

Police say the victim was hit in the neck with a broken bottle in an alley between 5th and 6th, College and Elm at 10:48 p.m. and that five or six people involved had left prior to their arrival.

Police soon located a 39-year-old male and a 35-year-old male who stated they were involved in the incident. Police say they refused treatment for minor abrasions.
