Quincy Murder Suspect Declared Fit For Trial

(QUINCY)—The man accused in the January murder of Terry Williams of Quincy is declared fit to stand trial during a motion hearing Wednesday.

44-year-old Vincent Carter appeared with Public Defender Holly Henze who withdrew a motion for a fitness examination originally filed January 10.

Carter is facing first degree murder charges in the shooting death of Williams.
