The lawyer for French Hen Antiques is seeking an amended judgment that would add interest charges of more than 10 thousand dollars to the settlement awarded to his clients by a jury last month. Rainbow Flower Shoppe was ordered to pay more than 168 thousand dollars.

The former flower shop building at Fourth and Georgia streets collapsed in 2010. The incident left a wall of the French Hen building exposed. Judge Chris Kunza-Mennemeyer agreed to take the French Hen request under advisement.
