Quincy Memorial Bridge Re-opens after Tuesday Morning Incident

Quincy Police negotiators helped take an apparent suicidal individual on Memorial Bridge into custody early this (TU) morning.
Police were called to the bridge at 1:19 a-m. Emergency responders prepared for rescue efforts. Police say the bridge re-opened to traffic at 3:20 this morning.
