Quincy Man Wanted on Pike, Adams County Warrants

A Quincy man is wanted on warrants, fleeing from police and car theft in Pike County, Illinois.

Just after 7 a.m. Sunday, 27 year old Levi Cain of Quincy was involved in a traffic crash on Highway 106 near Barry.

Cain was taken to Illini Hospital in Pittsfield, but left the hospital against medical advice before law enforcement could get there.

First, Cain eluded police on foot, then stole a vehicle. He was seen driving north of Pittsfield. A vehicle pursuit led authorities through northern Pike County and into Adams County, ending near Quincy.

Cain is wanted on warrants in Adams and Pike counties, with more charges expected.
