Quincy Man Pleads Guilty to Stealing from Employer

A Quincy man pleads guilty to stealing from his employer.

50 year old Michael Foster pleaded guilty to one count of theft over $10,000 in Adams County Circuit Court Wednesday.

Foster is alleged to have stolen more than $130,000 in cash and merchandise from S.J. Smith Company, formerly known as Central Welding Supply, where he was employed as a supervisor.

There will be a sentencing hearing for Foster March 19th.
