Quincy Man Indicted on Additional Sexual Abuse Charges

A Quincy man was in Adams County Circuit Court Tuesday to face sexual abuse charges.

Martin Wiskur had been arrested last November on two counts of child pornography and one count of failure to register as a sex offender.

Wiskur was indicted August 1st for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child conspiracy.

Wiskur is alleged to have texted his roommate to encourage him to sexually abuse a child under the age of 13 and to send him pictures.

Wiskur is scheduled to be back in court August 20th. He remains in the Adams County Jail on $250,000 bond.
