Quincy Man Arrested on Heroin and Other Charges

A Quincy man faces several charges following his arrest at 8:36 Tuesday evening at 12th and College. 

Quincy Police say 27-year-old Joshua Stevens is charged with driving with a revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic syringes.

Police say Stevens was also wanted on two Adams County warrants.
