
Quincy Man Arrested in Wednesday Morning Shooting
Quincy Police make an arrest in connection with a shooting incident early Wednesday morning.
Officers and emergency personnel responded to a report of a shooting at 200 Maine at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday.
A man who has now been identified as 38 year old Kenneth Horner of Quincy was taken to Blessing Hospital with non-life threatening gunshot wounds to a leg and a finger.
Horner has now been arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The investigation revealed that Horner’s wounds were accidental and self-inflicted. A firearm was recovered.
Horner is lodged in the Adams County Jail.
