Quincy Man Arrested for Criminal Sexual Assault

A nearly month-long investigation by Quincy Police results in the arrest of a Quincy man Monday.

Officers received a report on January 3rd of an 18 year old having inappropriate sexual contact with a 12 year old in Quincy.

The investigation revealed that 18 year old Emmanuel Yisreal of Quincy had allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a 12 year old male in 2018.

Yisreal was arrested Monday and charged with predatory criminal sexual assault. Yisreal is in the Adams County Jail pending his first court appearance.
