Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton reports that charges were filed Friday against three Hannibal residents after their arrests last week.

On December 12th, HPD officers searched a home on Ely Street. As a result, William Gauch, his wife Brandy Gauch and Eric Powell were taken into custody.

Powell has been charged with possession of controlled substance. William and Brandy Gauch are charged with possession of meth and child endangerment.

According to Clayton, a fourth person arrested at the time, 32 year old Donald Robinson, was caught with marijuana and his case was forwarded to the city prosecutor.

Powell’s preliminary hearing is set for January 8th.

All three are in the Marion County Jail.
