Pornography Case of Quincy Daycare Worker Headed for Grand Jury

The pornography case of a Quincy daycare worker will go to a grand jury later this week.

In Adams County Circuit Court Tuesday, 21 year old Nathaniel Caldwell waived his right to a pre-trial hearing.

Caldwell’s case goes on the grand jury schedule for this Thursday.

Caldwell is charged with three counts of child pornography. He is alleged to have had two lewd photographs and a video of children under the age of 13 on his phone.

Prosecutors say that a total of 169 pornographic images and 17 pornographic videos were found on Caldwell’s phone.
His arraignment is set for November 27th.
