Police Arrest Quincy Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old

The Quincy Police Department was called in reference to a possible Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault that had occurred between a  22-year-old male and a 12-year-old female. In the investigations it was learned that the 22-year-old male was Michael D. Decker. Decker was later arrested on Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child after it was learned that he allegedly had sexual contact with a child.
