Kadow Waives Preliminary Hearing on Sexual Assault Charges

A Quincy man waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Adams County Circuit Court on sexual assault charges.

36 year old Johnnie Kadow is charged with five counts of predatory criminal sexual assault.

He is alleged to have sexually assaulted two children under the age of 13.

Kadow was ordered to submit to a mouth swab so a DNA sample can be obtained to compare with evidence that will be sent to the Illinois State Police Crime Lab.

Kadow is scheduled for arraignment on September 13th. He remains in the Adams County Jail on $250,000 bond.
