Players of the Internet’s newest reality game sensation are not welcome at veterans’ homes across the state of Illinois.

In a press release from the Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the agency says they have asked Nintendo to restrict the Pokemon Go game from any of Illinois’ veteran’s home properties.

The agency expresses concern for its residents and staff, as well as those playing the game. Since the game started, there have been numerous reports of Pokemon Go players on various IDVA properties.

The restriction on Pokemon Go players includes the Illinois Veterans’ Home in Quincy.
