A Plainville man faces charges following an incident at 4:07 Sunday morning at a Quincy night club.
Quincy Police were on scene to assist with security at The Complex at 906 Hampshire when police observed 24 year old Jordan Routt with a knife in hand and that he appeared to be going after another individual at the night club. One officer drew his firearm, another drew his taser and ordered Routt to drop the knife. Police say Routt ignored the command then put the knife in his pocket after a few seconds. Routt was then taken to the ground and into police custody. During the investigation it was discovered that Routt is on parole for a 2012 burglary conviction in Adams County. Routt is held in the Adams County Jail.
