Payson Toddler Loses Battle With Illness

(Payson, Ill)--The Payson toddler that received much attention for his battle with lengthy seizures has reportedly died in a St Louis Hospital. Two year old Easton Zanger passed away yesterday after spending weeks in a medically induced coma. Easton was known as "Super E-Man', and last weekend hundreds of people attended a fundraiser to help the family with expenses.
