Pargeon Gets Public Defender

(NEW LONDON)—A Vandalia man accused of attempted second degree murder, domestic assault and felonious restraint gets a public defender. 51-year-old Arnold Pargeon made a brief appearance at a hearing Monday in Ralls County Associate Circuit Court. Pargeon is held on 500-thousand dollars cash only bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for October 31st.
