November Trial Date Set for Bowling Green Sexual Assault Suspect

A jury trial is November 19 for a man accused of sexually assaulting a Bowling Green woman.

Timothy Wright of Bowling Green is charged with rape, sodomy and burglary. He’s accused of entering a Bowling Green apartment and assaulting a woman on the morning of February 15.

In a probable cause statement, the victim told authorities that the suspect twice threatened to kill her and her daughter.

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for October 3.
