Officials with the Northeast Missouri Emergency Communications Center report a telephone service provider is experiencing a 911 network outage in its Missouri service area.

If you live in Lewis, Shelby or Knox counties and are unable to complete a 911 call, you’re asked to contact your local dispatch center on their 10-digit number or your local law enforcement non-emergency line.

In Lewis County, call 573-221-1244, in Shelby County, call 573-633-2161 or 633-2605, and in Knox County, call 660-385-7239.
