Nine Arrests Follow Quincy Altercation

A mid-December altercation in the 700 block of Jefferson in Quincy results in charges for nine people. Quincy Police say an investigation following a fight in progress call December 18 led to the arrests of 20 year old Deamontae Hill…36 year old Ebony Lee… 36 year old Shanitta Rideout-Kelly and 39 year old Ivan Carter for fighting. 35 year old Latrice Hill was arrested for aggravated battery. Police say four juveniles were also arrested for fighting. All nine individuals were released on a notice to appear
