New COVID Cases in Marion, Pike, IL, Hancock & Lewis Counties
Area health departments reported more confirmed cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.
The Marion County Health Department reported three new coronavirus cases, bringing their total to 667, with 46 active cases, five hospitalized, 607 recoveries and 14 deaths.
The Pike County, Illinois Health Department reports two additional lab confirmed COVID cases, both males in their 40s and 50s.
The Pike County coronavirus total is now 113, with nine active and one hospitalized.
In Hancock County, health department officials also report two new lab-confirmed COVID cases – a male in his 80s to 90s and a female in her 50s to 60s.
That brings the Hancock County total to 202, with 33 active cases, 166 recoveries and three deaths.
And, the Lewis County Health Department reported one additional positive COVID-19 case Tuesday – an individual under the age of ten.
In Lewis County, there have been 121 positive cases, with 15 active, 101 recovered and five deaths.
