Two Nebraska men have withdrawn their guilty pleas in connection with a 2015 Adams County child abduction.

26 year old Christopher Loupin and 55 year old Eddie Loupin, withdrew their guilty pleas Monday, citing the constitutionally of the law under which they were charged.

The two, along with a third man, are alleged to have taken Christopher Loupin’s two children from the Stoney Creek Inn in Quincy May 22nd, 2015.

The three men and the children were found the next day near Macon, on their way to Nebraska.

The Adams County State’s Attorney’s office says amended charges will be filed against the two men.
