National Volunteer Week

We recorded a Talk Back this morning which will air Friday morning. Our guests were Alicia Rollins, Director of Volunteer Services at Hannibal Regional Hospital and Loretta Bringer, Recruitment Chairperson of the Hannibal Regional Hospital Auxiliary.

This is National Volunteer Week, and Alicia and Loretta recounted the many accomplishments of the Auxiliary. There are 260 members of the auxiliary, who donated nearly 25,000 hours of their time, and $90,000 of their money last year, performing a myriad of services in the life of the hospital, from manning the information desk and Judy's Boutique, to driving the shuttle.
