Thousands of people are expected to celebrate the 4th of July holiday in downtown Hannibal.

5:00 pm Carnival Opens to Everyone

10:00 am Jaycee’s Annual 4th of July Parade: Route begins at Maple and Broadway, continues east on Broadway to South Main St.
