Mental Evaluation Scheduled for Quincy Man Accused of Murder

A Quincy man accused of first degree murder is to undergo a mental evaluation.

27-year-old Alex Koehler’s defense attorney requests the evaluation. He faces two charges of first degree murder in the death of 56-year-old Robert Owens.

No date has been set for the evaluation. Koehler’s next court date is August 6.
