Memphis Man Dies in Pickup-Semi Head-On Crash Friday

A Memphis, Missouri man dies in a two vehicle head-on crash on Highway 136 west of Memphis in Scotland County at 6:39 a.m. Friday.

The Highway Patrol reports 56 year old Kevin Goosey of Memphis was eastbound when his pickup crossed the center line and was struck by a westbound semi, driven by 54 year old James Siver, also of Memphis.

Both drivers were taken to Scotland County Memorial Hospital. Siver was treated for minor injuries and Goosey was pronounced dead.
