Medical Issue Causes Fatal Ralls County Crash

A medical issue leads to a fatal traffic crash at 2:10 p.m. Friday on Ralls County Route D south of Perry.

The Highway Patrol reports 69 year old Guy Wuger of Stoutsville was eastbound when he suffered a medical issue, causing his semi to run off the road and strike a fence.

Wuger was pronounced dead at the scene.
