Catch the flair at the 2013 Marion County Fair. That's the theme of this years 8 day event in Palmyra, Missouri. The Marion County Fair will run Saturday, July 27 to Saturday, August 3 at the fairgrounds in Palmyra.


Highlights of this years fair include the Tate Shade Memorial Bull Bash on Monday the 29th at 7pm, tractor pull at 6:30pm on Tuesday the 30th, 4-wheeler races Wednesday night, Supercross races on Thursday, the demo derby Friday night and the Palmyra Young Farmers super pull on Saturday the 3rd at 7pm.

Plenty of musical entertainment will go on throughout the week as well as a car show, queen contest, an art show, dancing and of course the livestock shows and carnival rides.

Admission onto the fairgrounds is only 50 cents per person, while children 6 and under get in free. Armbands for carnival rides are $18 in advance or $20 at the gate.
