Marijuana related charges against a Quincy woman were dismissed in Adams County Circuit Court Monday.

34-year-old Patricia Crist-Schmitt had been charged with two counts of unlawful manufacture/delivery of cannabis and one count of production of cannabis sativa plants.

Crist-Schmitt had been indicted in March, and her trial had been scheduled to start next week.

Two other people arrested in connection with the case have pleaded guilty, while Crist-Schmitt’s husband has pleaded not guilty and faces a December trial.
