
Marijuana Charges Against Quincy Woman Dismissed
Marijuana related charges against a Quincy woman were dismissed in Adams County Circuit Court Monday.
34-year-old Patricia Crist-Schmitt had been charged with two counts of unlawful manufacture/delivery of cannabis and one count of production of cannabis sativa plants.
Crist-Schmitt had been indicted in March, and her trial had been scheduled to start next week.
Two other people arrested in connection with the case have pleaded guilty, while Crist-Schmitt’s husband has pleaded not guilty and faces a December trial.
