Lincoln Co Crash Claims Life of Winfield Man

A 22 year-old man from Winfield, Missouri loses his life after his car rolls in Lincoln County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a car driven by Jesse Holmes went out of control on Lincoln County Route Y at 12:13 a.m. today.

Troopers say the Pontiac Grand Am crossed the center line and veered off the roadway before overturning.  Holmes was thrown from the vehicle.  He was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis where he was pronounced dead at 1:34 a.m.
