The forecast discussion from NOAA mentions northeast Missouri/west-central Illinois specifically:

Highest coverage is currently expected to be from northeast MO/southeastern IA across
northern IL

As of this writing, the NOAA Storm Prediction Center meteorologists expect the storms to blow up beginning in the middle of Friday afternoon continuing through Friday night.

Keep in mind this is Missouri and Illinois weather we're talking about which means unpredictability is the only thing you can be sure of. Whenever I see a forecast like this, I just make sure I'm paying attention to the skies during the time when these storms could get crazy.
