Hannibal Woman Wanted in Quincy Scam

Quincy Police say a Hannibal woman is wanted following a home repair scam.
Police say an elderly Quincy woman paid several thousand dollars for home repairs that were not completed. An arrest warrant has been issued for 33 year old Carrie Watkins of Hannibal.  Contact Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers or local authorities if you know of Watkins whereabouts. Police say she may be seeking other potential victims under the name Carrie Watkins Tree Service.
