Hannibal Man Pleads Not Guilty, Asks for Change of Judge
A Hannibal man facing two different charges pleads not guilty to one and requests a change of judge in the other.
In Marion County Circuit Court Monday, 32 year old Andrew Crook appeared before Judge Rachel Bringer Shepherd.
Crook pleaded not guilty to a charge of child molestation, and requested a change of judge on a sodomy charge.
Shepherd granted the change of judge, sending it to the Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator for reassignment.
Crook’s next court date is set for May 16th. He remains in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 cash only bond.
