Hannibal Man Injured in Crash on US 61

(SILEX)—A collision on Route B at US 61 in Lincoln County at 9 a-m Thursday results in moderate injuries for a Hannibal man. The Missouri Highway Patrol says a car driven by 72 year old Madeline Watkins of Elsberry attempted to turn onto US 61 and failed to yield to an SUV driven by 56 year old Mark Howe of Hannibal. Impact caused Howe’s vehicle to overturn. Howe was taken to St. Josephs Hospital West for treatment.
