Hannibal Leaf Lot Opening Monday, March 18

Monday is opening day for the city of Hannibal’s leaf lot for accepting yard waste.

Starting March 18, the leaf lot at 701 Warren Barrett Drive is open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Yard waste accepted at the lot includes grass clippings, sticks, branches and leaves. If you bring items in bags, you’re asked to please take the bags with you.

Also, when you come to the leaf lot, you can come through the gate at 9th and Warren Barrett.
