Hannibal Firefighters Called to Garage Fire Sunday

Hannibal firefighters were called to a structure fire at 2010 Spruce at 5:39 a.m. Sunday.

Firefighters arrived to find a garage in the rear of the residence fully engulfed, with smoke and flames showing.

Fire crews had the blaze under control in about ten minutes.

Firefighters were on scene for overhaul and investigation assistance for about two hours.

After the investigation, the cause of the fire was listed as undetermined, pending any new information.

The occupant of the residence was not home at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
