Hannibal Drug Arrests

(HANNIBAL)—Two Hannibal residents and a Columbia man face drug related charges following their arrest Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of North Locust in Hannibal. During a search by Hannibal Police Narcotics Unit members and the department’s Special Response Team… substances believe to be crack cocaine… heroin and marijuana were located along with items commonly used to manufacture and distribute controlled substances. 23 year old Destiny Sigler is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance… possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. 27 year old Shon Test of Hannibal faces drug related charges. He was also arrested on a probation and parole warrant. 44 year old Jeffery Smith of Columbia is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending issuance of a warrant. Test and Sigler were taken to the Marion County Jail.
