Hannibal City Council Meets Tonight

(Hannibal)—The Hannibal City Council meets in regular session tonight. The council is expected to hear a business plan update regarding Air Ambulance service.  Second and Final Readings are scheduled for Bills regarding administration of liquor licenses and issuance of revenue bonds.  A First Reading is scheduled for two Bills regarding the recycling program and raising the monthly recycling fee to $1.90 a month.  The fee hike question would appear on the November Municipal ballot.
