Hallsville Man Killed in Randolph County Crash

A Hallsville, Missouri man is dead as the result of a two vehicle crash involving a Clarence woman on Highway 63 south of Moberly at 3:20 p.m. Thursday.

The Highway Patrol reports 60 year old Cindy Carroll of Clarence was northbound and attempted to pass another northbound truck, driven by 49 year old Glenn Foster of Hallsville.

Carroll sideswiped the Foster truck, causing it to skid, cross the median and become airborne. The Foster truck then ran off the road and overturned, ejecting Foster from the truck.

Foster was pronounced dead at the scene.
